By continuing to access, view or use the PeLocal application you agree that you are bound by PeLocal’s Privacy Policy.

If you wish to not be bound by these terms and conditions, you may do so by refraining from further use of PeLocal.

PeLocal reserves the right to change the terms and conditions under which PeLocal service is offered, and such change in terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon posting/display and your continued use of PeLocal application constitutes your agreement to all such changed terms and conditions. All of the content, documentation, code and related materials made available to you through PeLocal are subject to these terms.

All intellectual property rights to PeLocal and associated documentation are property of PeLocal and/or third parties, as the case may be, and no such rights will be transferred to the user of the application under this Agreement.

PeLocal service is provided "as is" and on an "as-available" basis. PeLocal hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PeLocal makes no warranty that PeLocal service will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

In no event will PeLocal be liable for:

PeLocal shall assign You a confidential “Client Key” and “Client Secret” (together referred to as “Client Credentials”), for use with the PeLocal API. You shall store the Client Credentials on a secure server with controlled access, firewall and intrusion detection, network monitoring and other reasonable requirements as may be communicated to You in writing from time to time. For distributed applications, you shall conceal or encrypt the Client Credentials to prevent unauthorized access and/or use. You shall communicate with PeLocal’s servers using the Client Credentials through a Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) or other PeLocal-approved protocol.

PeLocal may change the Client Credentials from time to time and shall give you written notice of such change. Modifications of the Client Credentials may affect your services and may require you to make changes to your services at your own cost to continue to be compatible with or interface with PeLocal

The Client Credentials are the property of PeLocal. You shall not sell, transfer, sublicense or otherwise disclose the Client Credentials to unauthorized third-parties. You shall contact PeLocal immediately if you reasonably believe that an unauthorized third party is using the Client Credentials or if the Client Credentials are otherwise disclosed, lost, or stolen.
