PeLocal aims at making the lives of merchants easy by providing them a platform to manage customers, request for payments, and send reminders to customers for payments. Being ‘Vocal for Local’, PeLocal wants to promote Local Merchants.

PeLocal application is completely free and only charges a minimal fee of 0.5% on UPI Transactions and 2% on Non-UPI Transaction value so that it can provide you with the best of services so that you can focus your business.

PeLocal uses the best of technologies out there ensuring seamless and fast payment settlement services. Payments are now settled within a day.

No! Any of your data stored in the application is not shared with anyone. Your data is safe and encrypted to provide you with the utmost level of security.

A valid Email Id, mobile Number, PAN Card and Business Bank Details.

Once you have uploaded all the required Business and Personal details, Click on Enable Payment Tab.

Once Enable Payment has been done Merchant will receive an amount between 1 – 5 Rupees in the Bank Account. Find the amount in your bank statement or SMS from bank and update the same in the pop-up asking for the Penny Amount.

Merchant ID is a unique ID which is allotted by PeLocal to all the Merchants, once they have on-boarded on to our Application.

To avoid any error when onboarding to PeLocal Application, make sure the below points are fulfilled. I. Business name is same as the name on PAN Card and Bank Account Holder Name

‘Single Tick’ implies that the payment has been received from the customer, but yet not settled in Bank Account. ‘Double Tick’ implies that the amount received from customer has been settled in Merchant Account

Any transaction done before 3 PM will be settled on same day, and after 3pm will be settled on the next working day, excluding bank holidays.
